Delivery of goods

We carry out the delivery of all goods via delivery by Express Mail service of "Latvijas Pasts" (Latvian Post Office) to your indicated address. Should you have indicated another person as the recipient, the courier will contact you in order to set a specific delivery time of the goods.

Delivery costs depend both on the country to which the delivery is made and on the weight of the order. The average period of delivery within the EU is 4-7 working days. The average delivery price is 23 EUR (VAT included). A VAT of 21 % is also calculated for each order.

The international on-line shop of Stenders offers deliveries of goods to all the countries.

Should you wish to order goods from countries not indicated in the address list, please liaise with our friendly staff (shop@stenders.lv) Should you wish to track the status of your shipment, please liaise with us by writing to shop@stenders.lv, indicating your name, surname and e-mail address that you used for carrying out the order.
