The bath salt is preservative free.

Mediterranean salt is rich in calcium, potassium and sodium ions. These substances strengthen the nails and regulate the moisture level in the cells (reduce swelling) and activate metabolism.

Salt baths can also be used against the cellulite in the first stages. Dissolve 350 g of salt in warm or hot water (36-37 ºC are recommended) and bathe for 15-20 minutes; do not rinse after the bath. For a complete result you should take a bath with salts every second day, taking 10- 20 baths several times a year.
Bath salt can be used either for baths or just for foot or hand baths. Fill the bath with suitable water (for energy and freshness, prepare a cool bath with water at 18.5 - 27.5 degrees Celsius; if you would like to relax, select warm or even hot water at 32.5 – 40 ºC; 37 ºC is recommended). Dissolve bath salt in the water; you may pour it under running water or in a filled bath.
If the bath is filled with cool or hot water, it is recommended to enjoy the bath for 5 to 15 minutes depending on how you feel. If the bath water is warm, you may rest in the bath for up to 20 minutes. After the bath rinse yourself under a shower; to ensure complete well-being for the skin, nourish it with massage oil or body yoghurt from Stenders.
