Massage oil

Massage oil can be used not only for body massages but also for dry skin care; the oil nourishes, moisturises and softens the skin and prevents skin ageing processes.  It helps to bring life to tired and withered skin by increasing its elasticity.

Ingredients: body oil (~ 2-3 table spoons for each usage), mixture of essential oils (1 tea spoon)

Directions: pour the body oil into a separate bowl, adding the mixture of essential oils. Stir it up with a wooden or preferably glass or porcelain spoon. Warm up the solution for making the massage even more enjoyable.

Use: pour the necessary amount of oil into your hands, warm it up (if necessary) and proceed with the massage.  For your daily skin care rituals, apply the prepared oil instead of body butter or cream on any dry skin areas.

Bath salt

Bath salt can be used when taking a bath or just for your foot and hand baths. Salt has a purifying and toning effect on your skin, relieving the muscle pain and bringing life to your body and soul.

Ingredients:   bath salt (150-300 grams), mixture of essential oils (1/2 tea spoon), some petals.

Directions:  pour salt into a little bowl and add the selected mixture of essential oils. For even more romantic bathing add some cornflower and (or) calendula petals.

Use:  Fill the bath with water (for energy and freshness, prepare a cool bath; if you would like to relax, choose warm or even hot water temperature).  Dissolve bath salt into the water; you may pour it into running water or add to a filled bath.

If the bath is filled with cool or hot water, it is recommended to enjoy the bath for 5 to 15 minutes depending on how you feel. If the bath water is warm, you may rest in the bath for up to 20 minutes. After the bath rinse yourself under a shower; to ensure complete well-being of your skin, nourish it with massage oil or body yoghurt.

Bath milk

Bath milk can be used when taking a bath or just for your foot and hand baths. Bath milk softens the skin, leaving it pleasantly silky.

Ingredients: bath milk (200-300 g), mixture of essential oils (1/2 tea spoon), some petals.

Directions:  mix the selected amount of milk in a little bowl with warm water until reaching homogeneous substance. Add half of the tea spoon of the selected mixture of essential oils afterwards.  Stir it again and add to the bath water. For even more romantic bathing add some cornflower and (or) calendula petals.

Use: If the bath is filled with cool or hot water, it is recommended to enjoy the bath for 5 to 15 minutes depending on how you feel. If the bath water is warm, you may rest in the bath for up to 20 minutes. After the bath rinse yourself under a shower; to ensure complete well-being of your skin, nourish it with massage oil or body yoghurt.
