Healing dream

You probably know yourself what will lull you to sleep fastest: a book, a mug of tea, a bath or all these things together, but do not watch any TV, do not think and do not read crime thrillers. Treat yourself nicely and allow yourself to have some good sleep.

Maybe you cannot take the car and drive to the countryside. Find a car or a café high above rooftops where you can look at the city from aside. Take a look from aside.

Some time when you have nothing much to do, make yourself a lovely meal. Slowly and without haste. Change the menu: leave fast food for snacks; treat yourself to the best what you can make for yourself!

Sometimes tears are very therapeutic. Watch a film and have a good cry. See a work of art that strangely has stirred the same emotion. Have a good cry. And then smile a big smile.

Take a bath. Get warm. Or just the contrary, take a cold shower that will wash away everything unnecessary.

Talk to someone who has known you for a long time and knows which words of consolation will help.
