Invigorating dream
All will be well! You just need a little time to recover and then pace ahead again!
- Take a walk along the sea and draw in your breath very deeply for ten times — the cool salty air will cheer you up.
- Buy yourself some yellow flowers — tulips, daffodils, chrysanthemums, orchids, dahlias, sunflowers, large and strong flowers that reflect the sun.
- Put on light music somewhere in the room; carry out your own ritual in the bathroom; enjoy a bath and scented foam, body scrub and creams — use all the weapons of body care. It is your temple.
- Place colourful, juicy fruit on the table; each bite will endow you with the strength of the sun.
- Make yourself a cup of tea! Let it exude fragrance, cheer you up and awaken your energy.
- Get up and do some piece of work that you have kept delaying. Perhaps tomorrow… Not tomorrow. Now. And you will see how well you will feel afterwards!
