Relaxing dream
A hard day in the office? Confusion and haste? Has the world started rotating more rapidly? You can always turn the time back into correct flow, your flow. You can start taking care of yourself again — carry out the small rituals that will de-stress you and liberate you from grim thoughts!
- Walk through the flower market and breathe in the steamy scent of lilies.
- Slip into the bath (with almond bath milk) and relax your body.
- Lady sings the blues – listen to the disk of most beautiful female voices like translucent, quenching raindrops.
- After the end of your working day sit down on a park bench and call your friend to chat about the same old nothing.
- Find YOUR book where you can immerse yourself and for which you can long.
- Ask him to give you a shoulder rub.
- Close the door, lit the candles, make yourself a cup of tea and observe the scene from your window — the dogs and the ladies trying to keep up their step with them, kids, the rain and the falling leaves.
